As was announced on 3/9, the Board is moving to 12 Breakneck Hill Road, Suite 103, Lincoln, RI the first week of May. We are pleased to be relocating to an office that is accessible and will have an updated professional development center. We are currently working to ensure a smooth transition with as little disruption as possible to our members.

2021 marks the end of the 6th triennial, where members must complete their 3-hour REALTOR® Code of Ethics class. Don't wait until the end of the year! Look here for both CEU approved and non-CEU approved classes the Association offers.
The Diamond Sales Awards program is not possible without a dedicated group of volunteers reviewing the annual applications. More volunteers are needed! We have a small group reviewing the 2020 applications, and so if you submitted an application please expect to hear back after 3/5. While we will not be holding our annual member appreciation reception, serving our community and diamond sales reception in-person this year, we plan to host a special Facebook live event in mid-April. Certificates will be distributed digitally for the 2020 production year and going forward with future years.

Congratulations to Mary Baron, of Coldwell Banker Res. Brokerage, on her selection as the Northern Rhode Island Board of REALTORS® 2020 REALTOR® of the Year. Mary will be one of 5 candidates for the Statewide Honor this Fall.
Starting on July 1, 2020, anyone who conducts a home inspection for a home or other residential property located in Rhode Island must be licensed as a home inspector or associate home inspector. This includes home inspectors who are already licensed in other states like Massachusetts or Connecticut. For more information, click here.
