The Department of Business Regulation released the bulletin FAQ for Real Estate Principal Brokers and Affiliated Licensees RI Real Estate Legal Requirments for Teams and Penalties for Violations on 6/13/2019. The National Association of REALTORS® recently adopted a $30 dues increase in their REALTOR® dues for 2019. The NAR had not increased dues since 2008.
The coming increase was a component of their S.M.A.R.T. budget, which will fund several initiatives, to position REALTORS® for success into the future - see below.
