The National Association of REALTORS® recently adopted a $30 dues increase in their REALTOR® dues for 2019. The NAR had not increased dues since 2008.
The coming increase was a component of their S.M.A.R.T. budget, which will fund several initiatives, to position REALTORS® for success into the future - see below.

In 2018, NRIBR will be supporting Community Care Alliance, a non-profit located in Woonsocket, RI.
They work to empower people challenged by economic insecurity, mental illness, addictions, housing issues and other trauma.
The Board will no longer host a monthly Broker Caravan, in accordance with our current Strategic Plan, and we thank those who participated or sponsored these in the past. We look forward to developing relevant & informative services for our members in 2018 with our great team of volunteers & staff.
Our offices will be closed on 12/25/17, 12/26/17 and 1/1/18 in observance of the holidays. We are not open on the weekends.

Members will receive an advisory email then. They will then be responsible for logging into portal to renew

Now in its 20th year, our annual scholarship distributions, funded by our members and friends, have assisted local area students in their higher education endeavors.
